Katheryn A. Andresen

Kate Andresen is the founding member of the Andresen Law, PLLC. She has specialized in technology law for over a decade. Prior to practicing law, Kate worked as a systems engineer. She is a frequent author and lecturer on technology law subjects both nationally and internationally. She is the editor and primary author of The Law and Business of Computer Software, 2nd Edition, published by Thomson West in 2007 with updates in 2008 and 2009. She is an active member in legal organizations focused on technology law. In addition to her technology and legal background, she is a former military linguist and she has previously lived and worked in Europe for over seven years.
